The hotel offers a city view and features tastefully furnished rooms with a balcony overlooking the town. The rooms are like new and cozy, but they turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which may not suit everyone. The staff were very helpful and courteous, especially when assisting with luggage to the coach station. The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring the city, right in the heart of Oxford. The onsite dining options are convenient for guests, with various restaurants nearby. The facilities are well-kept, but there may be a few improvements needed for a top-notch experience.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one overall. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main sites. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few issues with the room size and noise levels. Dining options were good, and the value for money was decent considering the central location.

Rooms
7.0
The room, although smaller than expected for a deluxe room, had good sound insulation for the busy location. However, the tiny window overlooking housing backyards was not ideal.
Service

The staff were friendly and helpful overall, but there were minor hiccups like difficulty finding our reservation. Nevertheless, they were sweet to help us with luggage to the coach station.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, with welcoming staff and exceptionally clean rooms. However, being in a rough area opposite the theater made it noisy all night.
Dining

Dining options were available close by and at a great price, but having more dining facilities at the hotel itself would have been convenient.

5.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic, right in the center of Oxford and close to many attractions, restaurants, and the Ashmolean Museum, the room fell short of expectations being tiny with no window. The service, although friendly, seemed inexperienced in some key areas. The lack of breakfast options was a downside, especially considering the convenient location near the train station and bus terminus.

Service

Although the rooms were ill-ventilated and quite small, my stay was surprisingly quiet. However, maneuvering a wheelchair or mobility scooter was challenging due to limited space. The service was efficient and very friendly, especially after some initial issues. The location was excellent, away from street noise, and surrounded by various attractions. The dining options were lacking, considering the room size and absence of breakfast or parking. Overall, it provided value for money despite the room constraints.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the city center, making it convenient for exploring everything Oxford has to offer. The rooms are cozy and well-kept, though they may be a bit small for some. The staff, while friendly and helpful, may need some improvement in their knowledge about local attractions. The dining options are limited but the location compensates for it. The parking facilities may not meet modern standards, but overall, the hotel provides good value for its prime central location.

Rooms
8.0
The room was a good size and pleasant around the end of the bed. The fold-out couch came in handy for accommodating extra guests.
Service

The dining options are limited considering the room size, with no parking or breakfast option. However, the hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore dining options nearby.
Facilities

The hotel had some advantages like being right in the heart of town and close to everything, but there were also downsides, such as cramped and limited rooms that didn't offer value for money.

Rooms
5.0
The room was so cramped that there was barely space to unpack a case, and the view was disappointing, facing the air conditioning units.
Service

The staff were very helpful and friendly, even going the extra mile to ensure the room was clean before our arrival.
Location
7.0
The location was quite central, making it convenient for exploring the city, though it could get crowded on weekends.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were not as expected, as some advertised amenities were missing when we arrived.
